Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
May 5 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                  
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(STA) "An Act                                                                                
          naming the state library, archives, and museum                                                                        
          building in Juneau and the public reading room in
